I've helped a number of clients with issues including depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, self-harm, abuse, eating disorders, sexuality.

I have experience working with and supporting neurodiversity, especially clients who identify as Autistic or ADHD.
I also specialise in short term counselling to help people struggling with pet bereavement.
